38th AWF GOVERNING COUNCIL MEETING IN XIAMEN, CHINA International Seminar on Intelligent Welding & Additive Manufacturing Technology and Cooperation-2023

The 2023 International Seminar on Intelligent Welding & Additive Manufacturing Technology and Cooperation held on 11-16th May 2023 in Xiamen, China during the 38th AWF Governing Council Meeting and Committee Meetings. This seminar co-hosted by Asian Welding Federation (AWF) and China Welding Association (CWA), and executed by AWF Welding Technology and Application Committee and BRICS Academy of Skills Development and Technology Innovation (Xiamen). This meeting was attended by more than 10 Asian countries, Mongolia was represented by S. Batsaikhan, a board member of the Mongolian Material Science and Welding Society, B. Selenge, the quality manager of Hasu Dayan Company and took the auditor's exam of the Asian Welding Federation. By introducing the application of advanced welding technology, digital technology and other future technologies in welding, as well as additive manufacturing and surface engineering technology, exchanging the points of view on intelligent welding and additive manufacturing development tendency over the world, so as to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of intelligent welding and additive manufacturing technology.

The representative of each AWF member country made a brief introduction of the welding industry situation and development tendency in own country. S.
